Lappa Junction is an historic and obsolete railway siding where the Savannahlander train passes through twice a week (Wednesday and Saturday).
The trail route to Mount Garnet follows the now disused Lappa railway line from the main highway. It is well sign posted with ‘The Pioneer Trail’ logos.
